Therefore, the headjoint of this model, which is very sensitive in recorders, is made of robust special plastic and forgives even some rough treatment, e.g. transport in the fully packed school bag. The bottom piece made of maple wood underlines the value of our entry-level model and provides the characteristic soft sound.
