The German mouthpieces have taken a similar course of development as the Boehm mouthpieces.
In the meantime, we redesigned the outer mold, made a small correction to the chamber, making the tone a little darker.
Various mouthpieces were equipped with completely new tracks.
W5A
Our top seller is the ‘W5A’ with an opening of 0.90 mm and a track length of 20.0 mm, which is a decidedly professional mouthpiece.
Its character: dark rich tone with – as Claus Raumberger, music journalist and author of ‘Das Saxophon’, said – remarkable register colors.
It has an easy response and is not very sensitive to reeds.
