D’Addario EJ17 Phosphor Bronze, Medium, 13-56
The heavier tension of the EXP17 strings provides a more powerful acoustic tone with more resonance and high string resistance when heavy strumming and flat picking leads.
Phosphor bronze was incorporated into string manufacturing by D’Addario in 1974 and has since become the epitome of a warm, bright and well-balanced acoustic tone. Phosphor bronze strings from D’Addario consist of a carefully drawn hexagona.
